Assigning Profiles to User Accounts§
Prerequisites§
- Create necessary profiles.
- Determine profiles that must be always assigned to users.
Procedure§
- In the Configurator, go to the Client List tab.
- In the top part of the tab,
click All.
List of accounts appears in the left pane. - In the left pane,
click the required account.
Account settings appear in the right pane. -
In the right pane, go to the Profiles tab.
List of profile names appears. -
(Optional): To assign all available profiles to the user, perform the follwing actions:
- Clear the Search box.
- Select the check box in the column header of the table.
- Proceed to the last step of the procedure.

For each of profile in the table, perform one of the following actions:
- To make the profile available for the user, select a check box on the right of the profile name.
- To make the profile unavailable for the user, clear a check box on the right of the profile name.
Important
Pay attention to the “default” profile assignment. By default, this profile is enabled for each user and it has all permissions enabled by default.

In the bottom of the Configurator App, click Save to save and apply changes.
Postrequisites§
Perform the same procedure for other accounts.
