Hardware Warranty
Hardware sold by Elcomplus is covered under the warranty of the respective manufacturer. For warranty support of non-Elcomplus hardware you must send the hardware to the OEM for repair or replacement after getting an RMA from the OEM. If covered under warranty, the OEM will repair or replace the hardware in accordance with their warranty terms.
For warranty service of the RG-2000, the gateway must be sent to Elcomplus freight prepaid. Elcomplus will evaluate the gateway for warranty coverage. The RG-2000 is covered for a period of 1 year due to defects in materials and workmanship. If covered under warranty, the gateway will be repaired or replaced at Elcomplus’ discretion. Domestically, Elcomplus will return the repaired or replaced unit to the customer via Ground service. Expedited service will be at the customer’s expense. Internationally, the customer is responsible for return freight.
Elcomplus does not provide advance replacements.
