How to get help instantly in SmartPTT
F1 button is your friend. Whenever you need assistance or want to know more about some part of SmartPTT, press F1 button, and it will open the embedded help. “Help” is context-sensitive and opens a specific page related to the part of software that you are currently using. This command works for both Dispatcher and Radioserver.
Give it a try, and if you cannot find something in the help files, check out the http://support.smartptt.com portal, where we have additional articles about known issues and configuration guides.
