Checking Avigilon Licenses in SmartPTT

Prerequisites§

  • Start the Configurator and, if required, log on to it as a System Admin.

Procedure§

  1. In the Configurator, select the Settings tab.

  2. On the tab, in its left pane, click Licenses.
    A list of licenses appears.

  3. In the right pane, scroll up/down the table to find the Avigilon Control Center Integration. CCTV Camera entry.

  4. Once found, in the Quantity column, learn the number of licensed cameras.

Postrequisites§

If the license is not found of the license quantity is invalid, contact your SmartPTT sales representative.
