Upgrading Dispatcher Databases

You must to perform the operation right after the upgrade.

Prerequisites

• Upgrade your SmartPTT to at least 9.14.100.
• If you set up Active Directory or local authorization, set up Database Admins.

Process

1. Log on to the Dispatcher App.
   Database setup window appears.

   

2. In the window, click Test.

3. Click Update.
   Dialog box appears.
4. In the dialog box, enter the password of your user account.

5. Click OK to start the upgrade.

   Warning

   Do not close the application until the upgrade competes.

Postrequisites

Perform the same operation for all Dispatcher Apps.
