Upgrading Event Log Database

Prerequisites

• Install/upgrade to SmartPTT 9.14.100 or newer.
• If requested, log on to the Configurator as a Database Admin.

Process

1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

2. On the tab, in its left pane, expand Addon Modules, and then click Monitoring.

   

3. In the right pane, click Test.

4. Click Update.
   Dialog box appears.
5. In the dialog box, enter your password to continue.

6. Click OK to start the upgrade.

   Warning

   Do not close the Configurator until the upgrade competes.

Postrequisites

Perform the same operation for all additional servers you upgrade to SmartPTT 9.14.100 or newer.
