Setting Up USBD Polling Triggers

Prerequisites

• Determine timeouts required for USBD polling.
• For every timeout, create a group of radios affiliated with USBD-capable Capacity Max.
• Enable GPS Service

Procedure

1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

2. On the tab, in its left pane, expand Radio Network Services, and then click GPS.
   Centralized GPS settings appear in the right pane.

3. In the right pane, in the table, perform the following actions:

   1. Identify the required group.
   2. For the identified entry, in the Time Interval (on control channel) column, perform the following actions:
      1. Select the check box.
      2. In the text field next to the check box, enter the related timeout in seconds.
4. Repeat the previous step for other entries, using different timeouts.
5. In the bottom part of the Configurator, click Save  to save changes.

Postrequisites

To apply changes and restart the server, click Restart in the bottom part of the Configurator.
