Setting Up Phone Calls in LCP

SMARTPTT PLUS ONLY

The procedure is applicable only to SmartPTT PLUS.

Prerequisites

• Install the license that unlocks both Linked Capacity Plus and Phone Interconnect.
• Connect to the LCP main repeater.

Procedure

1. In the Configurator, on the Systems tab, expand NAI Systems, and then click the required node.
   Basic connection settings appear.

   

2. In the Max number of Simultaneous Telephone Calls field, enter the allowed number of concurrent phone calls in LCP.

   Tip

   Choose between 1 and 180 (maximum number of trunk channels in LCP).

3. Enable phone calls in LCP:

   1. In the left pane, expand the current node, and then click Wireline Interface.
      Wireline interface settings appear in the right pane.

      

   2. In the right pane, select Allow Telephone Interconnect.

4. In the bottom part of the Configurator, click Save  to save changes.

5. To apply changes, click Restart in the bottom part of the Configurator.
