Setting Up SmartPTT Radio ID in LCP

Prerequisites

• Configure LCP connection
• Determine a radio ID that will be assigned to SmartPTT server and will be associated with its actions.

Process

1. In the Configurator, on the Systems tab, expand NAI Systems → <name of the LCP system>, and then click Wireline Interface.
   Interface settings appear in the right pane.

2. In the right pane, select the Active check box.

3. In the Name field, type the name of the corresponding radio resource that will appear in the Dispatcher App.

4. Set up radio ID for SmartPTT server:

   1. In the Radio ID field, type the ID allocated for SmartPTT server.
   2. In the CAI Network field, type the CAI ID (if different from default).
   3. In the CAI Network for Groups field, type the CAI Group ID (if different from default).

5. In the bottom part of the Configurator, click Save  to save changes.

6. To apply changes, click Restart in the bottom part of the Configurator.

Postrequisites

• If required, override radio IDs for required accounts
