Setting Up Voice Calls Confirmation in LCP

The procedure is applicable only to SmartPTT PLUS.

Prerequisites§

Process§

  1. In the Configurator, on the Systems tab, expand NAI Systems → <name of the LCP system>, and then click Wireline Interface.
    Interface settings appear in the right pane.

  1. In the right pane, set up emergency call acknowledgement/confirmation:
    • To enable emergency acknowledgement, select the Emergency Alarm Confirmed check box.
    • To disable system-level emergency acknowledgement, clear the Emergency Alarm Confirmed check box.

  2. In the Confirmed Events area, set up if individual (private) calls must be acknowledged (OACSU) or remain unacknowledged (PATCS):

    • To enable OACSU (confirmed) individual calls, select the Private Calls check box.
    • To enable PATCS (confirm-free) individual calls, clear the Private Calls check box.

  3. In the bottom part of the Configurator, click Save  to save changes.

  4. To apply changes, click Restart in the bottom part of the Configurator.
