Creating Groups of Radios

Prerequisites§

  • Determine Radio IDs that should be in one group.

Process§

  1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

  2. On the tab, in its left pane, click Radio Groups.
    List of groups appears.

  3. In the right pane, click Add to create a new group.
    A new entry appears in the table below.

  4. For the new entry, in the Radio ID column, enter the required Radio IDs.

    Use hyphens (-) for ID ranges; use commas (,) to separate IDs and ID ranges from each other.

    Warning

    Only DMR/MOTOTRBO Radio IDs are supported. No support of another radio signaling systems is available.

    To set up WAVE User IDs, use their corresponding MOTOTRBO Radio IDs.

  5. For the same entry, in the Group Name column, enter a required alias of the group.

  6. In the bottom part of the Configurator, click Save  to save changes.
