Sending Email to Support from Configurator

Prerequisites

• Ensure you have email app configured on your PC.
• If required, log on to the Configurator at least as a System Admin.

Process

1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

2. In the left pane, click About.

   

3. In the right pane, click Email to Support.
   Your default email app opens.

4. In your email app, type your message to the support.

   Info

   As you see, release info is already included in the message.

5. When completed, send the email.
