Enabling Comfort Noise in Server PBX

Prerequisites

• Install SmartPTT license with the “Phone Interconnect” item included.

Procedure

1. In Configurator, on the Settings tab, expand Addon Modules → Phone Calls, and then click Telephone Interconnect.
   Phone interconnect settings appear in the right pane.

   

2. To enable comfort noise, in the right pane, select Enable Comfort Noise.

3. In the bottom part of the Configurator, click Save  to save changes.
4. To apply changes, click Restart in the bottom part of the Configurator.
