Setting Up Refresh Token Lifetime

ACTIVE DIRECTORY OR LOCAL ACCOUNT AUTHENTICATION ONLY

Prerequisites

• Log on to the Configurator as a System Admin.
• Determine refresh token lifetime duration.

Process

1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

2. On the tab, click Clients Connection.

   

3. Turn on edit mode for token lifetime editing:

   1. In the right pane, in the Tokens area, click Edit.
   2. In the dialog that appears, enter your password.
4. In the Refresh token lifetime (min) field, enter the token validity timeout in minutes.
5. In the bottom of the Configurator App, click Save  to save changes.
6. To apply changes, in the bottom part of the Configurator, click Restart ​
