Logging on to the Dispatcher App
This procedure explains how to log on to SmartPTT starting 9.14.100. For older versions, see the dedicated article
Prerequisites§
- In case of centralized authorization obtain the SmartPTT server IPv4 address and its WCF port.

Learn the SmartPTT server domain name by its IP. -
If SmartPTT server is behind the NAT router, obtain the router IPv4/hostname and its TCP port that is forwarded to the server WCF port.
- Start the Dispatcher App.
Procedure§

Start the Dispatcher App.
The Login window appears.

Set up the main server connection:

In the Logon window, click Server.
The Server Connection window appears.

In the window that appears, in the Address field, enter the server IPv4 or domain name.
- In the WCF Port field, enter the server WCF port number.
To check the address validity, click Test. Ensure the Success Icon appears next to the button.- Click Save.

In the Login window, in the Login field, perform one of the following actions:
- To log on with a new user, enter their login/name.
- To log on with an existing user, select it from the list. Use text search if required.
- In the Password field, enter the password.
To view the password, in the Password field, click View Password .- Click Log in.
