Logging on to the Dispatcher App Before 9.14.100

Prerequisites

• In case of centralized authorization obtain the SmartPTT server IPv4 address and its WCF port.
• If SmartPTT server is behind the NAT router, obtain the router IPv4/hostname and its TCP port that is forwarded to the server WCF port.
• Start the Dispatcher App.

Procedure

1. Start the Dispatcher App.
   Logon windows appears.

   

2. In the window, from the Operator list, select the required operator.

3. In the Password field, enter the password.
4. In the Password field, click View Password . to ensure if the password is correct or not.
5. Click OK.

Postrequisites

• If required, verify profiles assignment for users
• Verify Radio IDs for the user.
• Verify subfleets for the user.
