Sending Email to Support from Configurator

Prerequisites

• Ensure you have email app configured on your PC.
• Log on to the Dispatcher App.

Process

1. On the Toolbar, click Help , and then select About.

   

2. In the window that appears, click Email to Support.
   Your default email app opens.

3. In your email app, type your message to the support.

   Info

   As you see, release info is already included in the message.

4. When completed, send the email.
