Editing Cross Patches

Prerequisites

• Select a profile that allows cross patch management.
• Select a layout that contains either Cross Patches panel or Custom Console with the Cross Patch elements.

Process

1. Open the Cross Patch window.

   ...from the Cross Patches Panel

   

   1. In the Cross Patches panel, click  All‌.
   2. In the panel, on the right of the required Cross Patch entry, click Actions ‌, and then select Properties 
   ...from Custom Consoles

   

   In the console, in the bottom right part of the required Cross Patch  element, click Actions ‌, and then select Properties 

   The window appears.

   

2. In the window that appears, perform necessary changes:

   • To rename the cross patch, in the Name field, enter the required name.
   • To add a new group to the cross patch, perform the following actions:
     1. In the Radio Fleet area of the window, expand <server name> → <radio resource name>
     2. Click the required talkgroup and/or All Call.
     3. Click Add  to add a group.
   • To remove a group from the cross patch, perform the following actions:
     1. In the Cross Patch Objects area of the window, click the required group.
     2. Click Remove  to remove a group from the cross patch.

3. Repeat the previous step for other groups.

   Info

   Do not create cross patches larger than 16 groups.

4. Click OK to apply changes and close the window.

Postrequisites

Repeat the process for other cross patches.
