Adding Monitor Speakers

Prerequisites

• Connect the required audio output devices to a computer.
• Log on to the Dispatcher App as a Console Admin.

Process

1. In the application, click Settings , and then, from the menu, select Equipment → Audio Settings.
   New window with audio settings appears.

   

2. In the window that appears, go to the Speakers tab.

3. On the tab, in upper right corner of the Speakers area, click Add .
   New entry appears in the Speakers area.
4. In the Speakers area, select the new entry or ensure it is selected.
5. Select audio channels of required peripherals:
   1. Next to the Audio Channels text, click Refresh 
   2. In the Audio Channels area select check boxes next to the required audio channels.
   3. Clear check boxes next to the non-required audio channels.
6. For the speaker entry, click Test to ensure audio outputs are operational.
7. To rename the speaker, perform the following actions:
   1. Double click the speaker entry.
   2. Type the required name. Then press ENTER
8. In the window, click Finish.
