Setting Up End Call Feature
Prerequisites§
- Plug in the required device to the computer. Set up its drivers.
- Log on to the Dispatcher App as Console Admin.
Process§
- In the top right part of the Dispatcher App, click Settings .

From the expanded menu, expand Equipment, and then select Control Devices.
The Control Devices window appears.

In the window that appears, select the Keys tab.
- On the tab, in the Objects and Actions area, click End Call .

Add a device for the required hotkeys:
- Click Add Key .
The key/shortcut settings appear. -
With the Input Device list, perform one of the following actions:
To select a keyboard,
select Keyboard from the list.
To select an HID device,
- Select Input Device (HID) from the list.
- From the list next to the existing one, select the related device.
To select a DirectInput device (not recommended),
- Select Input Device (DirectInput) from the list.
- From the list next to the existing one, select the related device.
To select a COM port (not recommended),
- Select External Device COM Port from the list.
- From the list next to the existing one, select a pin of the COM port.
- Proceed to the last step.
- Click Add Key .

Set up the buttons/hotkeys:
- In the same area, under the Input Device list, click the button. The Press desired key message appears.
- Press the button or their combination you want to assign to the feature. The message disappears; button alias appears.
- In the window, click Finish to save changes.
