Adding Phone Audio Router to Custom Consoles

Prerequisites

• If required, create a monitor (custom) speaker for phone calls.
• Create a custom console.
• Log on to the Dispatcher App as a Console Admin.

Process

1. In the application, click Settings , and then, from the menu, select Interface → Custom Consoles.
   List of custom consoles appears.

   

2. In the window that appears, click the required custom console, and then click Edit.
   Custom console appears in edit mode.

   

3. In the bottom part of the left area, drag the Phone Audio Router tile to the custom console.

4. Set up the initial speaker:
   1. Click the Phone Audio Router control on the canvas.
   2. In the right area, expand Properties.
   3. From the Speaker list, select the required speaker.

5. Customize the control.

   Phone Audio Router Customization

   Move:

   • To move the control, drag it on the canvas to the place you need.

   ---

   Resize:

   • To resize the control, drag the squares that appear on its corners and its sides.

   ---

   Recolor:

   1. Click the Phone Audio Router control on the canvas.
   2. In the right area, expand Style.
   3. From the Color list, select the required color.

   ---

   Apply gradient:

   1. Click the Phone Audio Router control on the canvas.
   2. In the right area, expand Style.
   3. Perform one of the following actions:
      • To apply a gradient, select the Gradient check box.
      • To remove a gradient, clear the Gradient check box.

6. Click Save to save the console.
