SmartPTT does not provide tools to change user passwords at first logon, expiration, and upon request.

SmartPTT supports authorization only for AD users who are in the same domain as SmartPTT-configured AD user groups.

SmartPTT supports authorization only for AD users who are direct members of the configured AD user group.

Any user included in a user group nested inside the configured AD user group cannot be authorized.
