About§

SmartPTT introduces the support of advanced encryption in NAI-free IP Site Connect. This includes encryption and decryption of both voice and data calls (GPS, TMS etc.). This development completes the support of all encryption modes available in MOTOTRBO IP Site Connect.

Requirements§

  • Repeaters must have the IP Site Connect license. Radios must have the license for the corresponding encryption mode.
  • Ensure your SmartPTT subscription is current to install this release.
  • SmartPTT must have the active corresponding license key. For the related part number, please contact your SmartPTT sales managers.
