Installing SmartPTT Express Configuration Apps Only

Prerequisites

• Learn the server IP or domain name address.
• Log on to the server host with the program installation permissions.
• Unarchive the installation executable (EXE) file to a local/network file storage.

Process

1. Start the installation executable (EXE) file.

   Language Select

   

2. In the window that appears, select the preferred language. Then click Next.

   End User License Agreement

   

3. In the window that appears, select I accept the terms in the License Agreement. Then click Next.

4. In the window that appears, select the SmartPTT Express Configurator check box. Then click Next.

   Path Modification

   

5. In the window that appears, in the Choose your configurator installation location field, set up a required path for the Configuration App. Then click Next.

6. In the window that appears, set up the server address for (re)configuration:

   1. In the Server IP Address field, enter the server IPv4 address.
   2. In the Port field, enter the TCP port number.
   3. Click Next.

7. In the window that appears, perform one of the following actions:

   • To create a shortcut for the Configuration App, select the SmartPTT Express Configurator check box.
   • To create a shortcut for the Dispatcher App, select the SmartPTT Express Configurator check box.
8. Click Next.
9. In the installation summary window, review the information. If valid, click Install.
10. When installation completes, click Finish to finish the installation and close the window.
