Prerequisites§

Process§

  1. Access active users in your Admin Center at https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/users

  2. In the right pane, find one of the required accounts. Then click it.
    User properties appear in a flyover area.

  3. In the area that appears, select the Mail tab.

  4. On the tab, in the Email apps area, click Manage email apps.
    The Manage email apps flyover area appears.

  5. In the area that appears, click Authenticated SMTP.

  6. Click Save changes.

Postrequisites§

  • Repeat the process for other accounts.
