About§
SmartPTT Server integrates external systems and own components. But customers use a limited set of systems and components.
Due to the reason above, server ports information is split by interfacing system and/or component.

UDP port (non-changeable) that must be opened on the time source computers. Used to receive NTP requests from other computers.
161§
TCP or UDP port (configurable) responsible for receiving commands from external SNMP servers.
162§
TCP or UDP port (configurable) responsible for connecting to MOTOTRBO repeater for its monitoring and diagnostics, or an SNMP-capable device (UPS, router, etc.).
1023§
UDP port (non-changeable) that must be opened on computers that are connected to network time source. Used to send NTP requests and receive NTP responses.

TCP port responsible for the SQL connection.

UDP port responsible for the SQL connection.

Server UPD port responsible for the DDMS connection.
5060§
TCP or UDP port responsible for external PBX connection. Transport protocol is configurable and depends on the PBX SIP settings.

TCP port responsible for connection requests, signaling traffic, and data communication over the open channel.

Beware that SmartPTT Server serves all voice sessions on this, one and only, port.

First of many UDP ports responsible for external PBX voice sessions. Each new session uses new port.
19000§
First of many UDP ports responsible for the voice call servicing over the XRT gateway of the Connect Plus system. Each new call allocates the next port (19001, 19002, etc.) Up to 30 ports requires to be allocated per XRT gateway.
30011§
TCP port responsible for the RG-1000E and RG-2000 connection.
30012§
UDP port responsible for the voice communications with RG-1000E and/or RG-2000.
38000§
TCP and UDP port responsible for the system health and monitoring service in the XCR controller of the Connect Plus system.
40000§
First of many UDP ports responsible for the voice traffic exchange with Voice and Radio Commands (VRC) Gateways in Capacity Max. Totally, up to 15 ports is used for up to 15 VRC gateways.

TCP port responsible for the MNIS connection.
Random TCP Port (Presence)§
First of many TCP ports responsible for the connection to the Presence Servers in Capacity Max. Totally, up to 5 ports is used for up to 5 Presence Servers.
Random TCP Port (SMTP)§
TCP port responsible for the remote email server connection using SMTP,for email message sending.
Random TCP Port (VRC)§
First of many TCP ports responsible for the connection to the Voice and Radio Commands (VRC) Gateways in Capacity Max. Totally, up to1 5 ports is used for up to 15 VRC gateways.
Random TCP Port (XRT)§
First of many TCP ports responsible for the XRT gateway connection in Connect Plus. Each Connect Plus may host up to 5 XRT gateways.
