Public OSM Geocoding Service§

If you allow Internet access for your SmartPTT, use one of the publicly available OSM server.

Official OSM geocoding server is available at the following address:

http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/

Corporate OSM Geocoding Servers§

If you wish to use corporate OSM geocoding server, perform the following actions:

  • Deploy your OSM server.
  • Disable authentication on that server for SmartPTT.

If you require at least minimum security, introduce credentials/tokens into the OSM server URL.
