What Is It?

SmartPTT introduces an ability to save GPS updates with timestamps originated from the server computer, not from the radio network.

What Did We Do for You?

• Ability to turn on and off using the server time instead of network time.
• Parallel logging on both network-originated and server time, for the future incidents investigation.

Where Do You Need It?

• Old radio fleets. Old radios may have internal clock issues and report invalid timestamps.
• Upgrading customers. Customers who migrate from old-gen to new-gen radios need to be sure they have valid GPS location.
• Situational Awareness. Operators may need all the possible information about subscribers and all the possible communication methods, not only voice.
