Hardware§
- Processor:
- At least 16 GB DDR RAM.
- Storage:
- EFS (preferred)/SSD/HDD with at least 7200 rpm.
- At least 40 GB for the software and database.
- At least 150 GB for voice records.
- At least integrated graphics adapter.
- At least 10 Mbps network adapter.
- Monitor:
- Resolution at least 1280×720 px (HD).
- Screen size is at least 21″.
- At least one pointer input (PS/2, USB, or touchscreen).
Platforms§
Recommended platform brands are Tipro and HP Inc.
Operating Systems§
Only 64-bit operating systems are supported.

All the operating systems must have the latest updates installed.

General§
The requirements below apply to any system not listed explicitly in this article.
- Packet loss is 0 to 2.5%.
- Two-way delay is 0 to 90 msec.
- Jitter is 0 to 90 msec.
Server to Capacity Max§
- Packet loss is 0 to 2.5%.
- Two-way delay is 0 to 300 msec.
- Jitter is 0 to 15 msec.
Server to Dispatcher App§
- Packet loss is 0 to 1.5%
- Two-way delay is 0 to 300 msec.
- Jitter is 0 to 60 msec.
Server to IP Site Connect§
- Packet loss is 0 to 6%
- Two-way delay is 0 to 180 msec.
- Jitter is 0 to 60 msec.
Server to Mobile App§
- Packet loss is 0 to 1.5%
- Two-way delay is 0 to 300 msec.
- Jitter is 0 to 60 msec.
Server to PBX§
- Packet loss is 0 to 3%
- Two-way delays are as follows:
- 0 to 180 msec at phone interconnect.
- 0 to 360 msec at calls to operators.
- Jitter is 0 to 20 msec.

Applies to RG-2000 and RG-1000E:
- Packet loss is 0 to 6%
- Two-way delay is 0 to 500 msec.
- Jitter is 0 to 60 msec.
Server to Web Console§
- Packet loss is 0 to 1.5%
- Two-way delay is 0 to 300 msec.

Bandwidth§
Server to Avigilon§
- At least 3150 kbps per active dispatch console; requires 10.2 Mbps for 5MP video, and 16.8 Mbps for 4K video.
Server to Dispatcher App§
Voice:
- At least 15 kbps per voice call in MOTOTRBO wireline2.
- At least 100 kbps per wireless interface3.
- At least 100 kbps per voice call to/from mobile subscribers.
Data (GPS, TMS etc.):
- At least 150 kbps per conventional channel.
- At least 75 kbps per 100 radio subscribers in trunked systems4.
Monitoring:
- At least 45 kbps per network device (repeater, UPS, router, etc.)
Video:
- At least 3150 kbps; requires 10.2 Mbps for 5MP video, and 16.8 Mbps for 4K video.
Server to MOTOTRBO§
Repeater interface:
- At least 30 kbps per MOTOTRBO repeater (voice and/or data calls).
- At least 45 kbps extra per repeater if monitoring is enabled.
MNIS interface:
- At least 200 kbps per 1,000 subscribers.
Other devices (network monitoring):
- At least 45 kbps extra per device (UPS, router, switch etc.)
Server to MSSQL§
- At least 200 kbps per 1,000 subscribers at disabled monitoring interface.
Server to PBX§
- At least 100 kbps per voice stream.
Server to Web Console§
Voice:
- At least 100 kbps per voice call.
