Hardware§
- Processor:
- At least 16 GB DDR RAM.
- Storage:
- EFS (preferred)/SSD/HDD with at least 7200 rpm.
- At least 40 GB for the software and database.
- At least 150 GB for voice records.
- At least integrated graphics adapter.
- At least 10 Mbps network adapter.
- Monitor:
- Resolution at least 1280×720 px (HD).
- Screen size is at least 21″.
- At least one pointer input (PS/2, USB, or touchscreen).
Platforms§
Recommended platform brands are Tipro and HP Inc.
Operating Systems§
Only 64-bit operating systems are supported.
- Windows Server:
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- Windows 11 Pro
- Windows 10:
- Windows 10 Pro
- Enterprise (including LTSC editions)
- Windows 8.1
All the operating systems must have the latest updates installed.
Network Quality§
- Packet loss is up to 2.5%.
- Two-way delay is up to 90 msec.
- Jitter is up to 90 msec.
Bandwidth§
LMR interface:
- At least 15 kbps per conventional LMR channel (donor radio, local/wide area channel in MOTOTRBO conventional).
- At least 45 kbps per repeater and other network device (UPS, router etc.)
Dispatcher App:
- At least 15 kbps per voice stream to/from wireline voice interface2.
- At least 100 kbps per voice stream to/from:
- Wireless interface3 (donor radio).
- PBX subscriber.
- SmartPTT mobile subscriber.
- Web Console user.
- Voice-capable API integration.
- At least 150 kbps per data stream (GPS, TMS, etc.) to/from:
- Conventional channel.
- Every 200 subscribers of trunked system.
PBX service:
- At least 100 kbps per voice stream to/from PBX subscriber.
Avigilon ControlCenter:
- At least 3150 kbps per active dispatch console.
