Collecting Server DebugInfo

Prerequisites§

  • Close the Configurator.
  • Stop the SmartPTT server.

Process§

  1. Open the DebugInfo Collector.

    1. Open the <path-to-the-SmartPTT>\Server directory.
    2. Double click the DebugInfoCollector.exe.

    The application window appears.

    Tip

    Default path to the executable is as follows:

    C:\Program Files\SmartPTT\Server\DebugInfoCollector.exe

  2. In the window that appears, click Collect debug information.
    Save dialog appears.

  3. In the Save As window, select the directory and file name where you want to save the data. Then click Save.
  4. Close the application.

Postrequisites§

  • Deliver the saved file to the person who requested it.
