Installation

To identify exact problems that occur at the product installation and/or upgrade phases, access the following folder on your computer:

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\SmartPTT_<current time>_<various>.log
  • Here Username is a name of the user who performs the operation.
  • Here <current time> is the date presented in the following format:

    YYYYMMDDHHMMSS
    
  • Here <various> is the various symbols aimed at creating a unique filename.
