This article covers selected issues related to OpenStreetMap (OSM).
Error 403r: Access Blocked§
This error is reportedly may appear in discontinued SmartPTT versions using online OSM tile servers.
The error appears due to changes in OSM tile usage policy. The new policy prescribes sending some parameters during map requests that were not required before.
To eliminate an error, customers should perform the following actions:
- Upgrade to actively supported SmartPTT versions.
- Switch to compatible OSM servers.
