Voice Calls§

Group Calls§

SmartPTT supports decoding and encoding group calls in digital MOTOTRBO systems available over the wireless interface.

Voice Recording§

  • Voice calls are recorded in mp3 format;
  • Possibility to set recording only for incoming or outgoing calls;
  • Record quality settings;
  • Acm codec support;
  • Recording level for outgoing calls;
  • MP3 tags support;
  • Multiple records playback.

Movement track visualization animation§

  • Tracks visualization for specified period in different colors;
  • Track animation;
  • Variable speed of animation

MOTOTRBO Telemetry §

SmartPTT supports MOTOTRBO telemetry, a functionality to manage signals on accessory connectors of subscriber radios.

Rules and Alerts§

“Rules and Alerts” function allows setting of rules to filter all kind of event which may happen in the system. One may set a filter specifying the conditions for event log fields:

  • Event direction (incoming or outgoing);
  • Event type;
  • Event date/time;
  • Description;
  • “Not read”;
  • Operator;
  • Radioserver;
  • Base station;
  • Subscriber;
  • Group;
  • Status;
  • Call duration.

For every condition, the following actions are available:

  • Play sound;
  • Request and show subscriber position on a map;
  • Show signal of attention – shows noticeable red pane at the upper-left corner of dispatcher window;
  • Set subscriber status.

Subscribers§

  • GPS request period specific for each subscriber;
  • Emergency signal and emergency call support;
  • Text message templates;
  • Show subscriber call window by double-click in subscriber’s tree;
  • Subscriber filtering by status.
