Dispatcher Intercom§
Dispatcher Intercom functionality provides full duplex voice communication between SmartPTT dispatcher consoles over IP.
- Voice communication via IP;
- Text messages;
- Incoming call notification sound;
- Outgoing call notification sound;
- Mute option.
Tree of Categories§
Tree of Categories allows organizing all network objects (subscribers, dispatchers, base stations, groups) into logical, fully customizable tree.
- Category tree is multilevel and fully customizable;
- Each subscriber, dispatcher, base station or group can be added to one or many categories;
- Group operations on a category (for all category members):
- Status setting;
- GPS position request;
- Text message sending.
GPS Rules§
GPS Rules allows launching specific actions on GPS related events.
GPS Event Types:
- Subscriber stop longer than specified period of time;
- Subscriber starts sending GPS-coordinates;
- GPS coordinates are not received longer than specified period of time;
- Subscriber enters Control Zone;
- Subscriber leaves Control Zone.
Alerts supported:
- Sound playback;
- Signal of attention;
- Applying new status;
- Text message sending to list of subscribers or categories.
PTT Settings§
- PTT assignment to any key on keyboard;
- PTT switch on/off by pressing assigned key;
- PTT switch on by holding assigned key.
Rules and Alerts§
New action added for text message sending to list of subscribers or categories.
Subscribers§
- MDC support;
- Call Alert.
AVL Functionality§
- Control Zone Import;
- Control Zone drawing on all supported maps;
- Multiple maps can be opened in different windows;
- Route details section in Route Animation window.
- Control Zone – region on a map imported from vector map file in polish format. Control Zones can be drawn by third-party applications having vector map drawing functionality (for example: GPSMapEdit).
