Telephone subscriber calls from dispatcher§

SmartPTT has the functionality to do calls from dispatcher console to telephone subscribers via VoIP Gateways. The communication may be initiated either by dispatcher or telephone subscriber. Possibility of calls between radio and telephone subscribers will be implemented in version 7.0.5.

Call window settings§

SmartPTT has number of settings for call window behavior:

  • Timeout to close call window on inactivity;
  • Event types selection for call window opening;
  • Option to show subscriber picture in call window;
  • Saving of call window position and size;

Map§

  • Export of GPS coordinates of current subscribers to KML file (for Google Earth or Google Map);
  • Manual input of control zones coordinates.

Event Log§

  • New column – “Connection Type”
  • PTT button in event log window;
  • Send Text button in event log window;
  • Call Window button in event log window;

General Dispatcher App Enhancements§

  • Quick search in subscriber tree (type part of subscriber name right in the tree to search it)
  • Reset button in Base Station window
  • Saving of categories tree state
  • Saving of Subscriber panel size
  • Microphone level control
  • Move focus to subscribers tree by pressing F3 key.

Radioserver Enhancements§

Support of Analog radios connected to radioserver via RS232 port.

Rules and Alerts§

New action for rule ”Send text message to event initiator”.

Subscribers§

Subscriber name input and display setting (either by IP or by Radio name).
