What Is It?§
In SmartPTT, electronic documents that is used to confirm server identity to client applications.
What Did We Do for You?§
- On-demand, manual certificate creation in SmartPTT.
- Support “PKCS #12” certificates that relate to PFX and P12 file extensions.
- System log warnings if certificates are missing or expired
Where Do You Need It?§
- Enterprise-Level Companies. If you are a large organization with your own Internal Certificate Authority.
- Highly Regulated Industries. If you belong to healthcare or related to a government, you want to eliminate their concerns about anything unmanaged in the product.
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs). If you manage/maintain the product for other customers, you want make all the components work securely and look professional.

How You Get It?§
- Install the newest SmartPTT release or upgrade to it.
- In the Configurator,
generate a new certificate (for demo and/or other non-production purposes)

import your own certificate.
