SmartPTT supports the newest MOTOTRBO release. This includes IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus, Connect Plus, Capacity Max, and wireless interfaces supported by SmartPTT.

Sign In / Sign Out§

SmartPTT introduces a support of Sign In / Sign Out feature. It is a MOTOTRBO functionality which implies users to enter a code that should represent its personality to dispatchers. This provides the ability to identify people better and avoid their associations with radio devices and radio IDs.

WAVE 5000 Support§

SmartPTT introduces a support of integrated solutions based on MOTOTRBO radio systems and WAVE 5000 broadband systems. The support transforms the SmartPTT into control room solutions where all communications and data are available in one view.

  • Dispatcher Apps show a number of subscribers in their databases.
  • SmartPTT provides the ability to set up preamble durations in wireline/IP interfaces to MOTOTRBO systems.
  • SmartPTT supports secure connection to Capacity Max System Server and its services.
  • SmartPTT provides text-based notifications for outgoing FOACSU calls.
  • SmartPTT logs if outgoing individual call fails due to being prohibited in Capacity Max for that console.
  • SmartPTT indicates if current voice calls, in Capacity Max and NAIV-capable systems, are on the “coded channel” (encrypted) or on the “clear channel” (unencrypted).
  • Audio quality improvements.
  • Settings restructure works in Dispatcher App.
  • Topology diagram performance and capacity updates.
  • Added the ability to show Call Windows upon Radio Disable/Enable, Radio Check, and Radio Kill events
  • Default transmit mode is changed momentary/press-to-talk.
  • Radio Check now requires only Radio ID and/or its IP equivalent.
  • Dispatcher App prevents individual speaker setup if only main audio device is available in the configuration.
  • The Initial State parameter for topology showup is now moved from server to Dispatcher App.
  • New color (light orange) is applied for outgoing FOACSU calls while waiting for subscriber response.
  • Node icons for the Topology panel is updated.
  • Color customization updates in Custom Consoles:
    • Intense (pure) colors added.
    • Ability to turn on/off the gradient effect is applied.
