Linking User Groups to Profiles

Prerequisites

• Create user groups for profiles to link.
• Install/upgrade to SmartPTT 9.14 with domain/local authorization.

Procedure

1. In the Configurator, go to the Profiles tab.
   List of profiles appears in the left pane.

   

2. In the left pane, click the required profile name.

3. In the right pane, perform the following actions:
   1. Select Linked User Group.
   2. Click Refresh  to update a list of user groups.
   3. From the Linked User Group list, select the required user groups. If required, use integrated search.
4. In the bottom of the Configurator App, click Save  to save and apply changes.

Postrequisites

• Ensure to add users to the configured user group.
• Repeat the procedure for other profiles.
