Turning on API Interface

Prerequisites

Install API licenses.

Procedure

1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

2. In the left pane of the tab, click Client Applications.
   Client application settings appear.

   

3. In the right pane, in the Address field, learn the IP address intended for the API solutions.

4. In the TCP Port, API field, set the TCP port for API solutions.

5. In the left pane, expand Client Applications, and then click Third-Party Applications.
   The turnoff control appears in the right pane.

   

6. In the right pane, select Active.

7. In the bottom of the Configurator App, click Save  to save changes.

Postrequisites

• To apply changes, in the bottom part of the Configurator, click Restart ​
• Create accounts for API solutions
