Upgrading Server Databases§

Prerequisites§

  • Upgrade SmartPTT to at least 9.14.
  • In case of domain/local authorization, set up Database Admins.
  • Log on to the Configurator as a Database Admin.

Process§

  1. In the Configurator, go to the Settings tab.

  2. Select the requried database:

    • To access the Event Log database, on the tab, expand Addon Modules, and then click Event Log.
    • To access the Monitoring database, on the tab, expand Addon Modules, and then click Monitoring.
    • To access the Radio User Alias Databaser, on the tab, expand Addon Modules, and then click User Authorization.

  3. In the right pane, click Test.

  4. Click Update.
    Dialog box appears.
  5. In the dialog box, enter the password of your user account.

  6. Click OK to start the upgrade.

    Warning

    Do not close the application until the upgrade competes.

Postrequisites§

Perform the same operation for all server databases.
