Quick Port Definitions§

random§

Randomly selected TCP port responsible for the Server connection.

123§

UDP port (non-changeable) that must be opened on the time source computers. Used to receive NTP requests from other computers.

1023§

UDP port (non-changeable) that must be opened on computers that are connected to network time source. Used to send NTP requests and receive NTP responses.

1433§

TCP port responsible for the SQL connection.

18500§

UDP port responsible for the voice receive and transmit between the Dispatcher App, Server, and other Dispatcher Apps.

18501§

UDP port responsible for communications with another Dispatcher App (Console Intercom).

Warning

Must be different from the port selected for the server connection.

5060§

TCP or UDP port responsible for external PBX connection. Transport protocol is configurable and depends on the PBX SIP settings.

18700§

First of many UDP ports responsible for external PBX voice session. Each new session uses a next port.
